Yeah, so back in 2019, I was training clients out of a cramped basement gym. Not exactly glamorous, right? But there was something about those late-night sessions - when the world's asleep and it's just you versus the iron. That's when I realized most people can't access that energy.
Regular gyms shut down at 10pm, maybe midnight if you're lucky. But what about shift workers? Night owls? People who feel most alive when the sun goes down? We're all just supposed to conform to some 9-to-5 fitness schedule?
Nah. That didn't sit right with me. So I scraped together everything I had, found this warehouse space on Granville, and built what I always wanted - a sanctuary for those who thrive in the darkness. Not in some creepy way, but you know what I mean. A place where the intensity never stops, where you can push your limits at 3am if that's your thing.
We opened the doors in March 2020. Crazy timing, I know. But our members stuck with us through everything. They got what we were building here - something different, something raw, something real.
